Unbelievable price action on our predicted level. A good bounce on the 4h time frame, rounding out nicely with the close on our trend line. Stop @ -2.5% was perfectly effective, and the position is in the clear with ±35% profit. Expecting some resistance at the 50k level. Obvious physiological and also see some trend line confluence there.
Plotting those white lines from the peak to gauge the timing on the breakouts. The price must test each of those breakout points to confirm overall bullish trend on the asset. Especially so after new all time high and biggest dump since. We are not overly concerned with aggressive stops in these zones though, because of the confidence in our Pitchfork channel for the time being. Confidence re assured by today's engagement with the lines.
