Falling Volatility

For a long term forecast I am starting to see that the overall decreasing volatility is indicating the bottom may be near. It is no where near as low as the last range, but that doesn't matter with ATR. Since it is a measure of volatility which is directly proportional to range increased volatility would mean reversal.

Downward trend will continue for now. Support and resistance levels have been set.
