Watching two trends:
one - classic move to the upside (we are on this trend). move above the 0.5 / 200
two - inversion of the trend, typically much faster cadence - continuation to the downside.
Scenario one will get me off the fence (although still holding in BTC and steering clear of mid-table ALTs)

Note the distance from the 200 in blue - we typically don't stray too far when dropping but pull closer when a gap is developing.I'll do some further analysis on this.
