The start of a bull market? The continuation of the bear market?

The beginning of the trend at the price of 0.61699 is an impulse pattern that has completed five waves (A).
Now we were in the correction, which looks like a big zigzag that has completed the wave (B).
Is the question here? Is this correction enough? And the start of the bull market?? Or a double zigzag following three waves down?
If it is a big flat pattern and the price should break the beginning of 0.61699 and it will go up once more and then continue the downward trend!
In my opinion, both are likely, but I think the bull market is more likely
