Optimistic about Apple

I feel as if Apple is going to go higher and higher in the long term future speaking from a technical analysis point of view. I do not know much about the long term fundamentals except that Icahn had bought large sum of shares around the low 500's.

From technical analysis, on this weekly chart, there are higher highs and higher lows, and so it seems to be a strong uptrend.
