London breakout GBPUSD daytradeHello,
First I want to WARN THAT YOU NEED A MINIMUM OF 30X LEVERAGE FOR THIS STRATEGY IN ORDER TO WORK.
THE REASON IS THAT THE SIZE IS CALCULATED BASED ON A VERY SHORT STOP LOSS LEVEL IN PIPS
UTILIZE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK
This is a daytrading strategy, that's suited for GBPUSD 1H timechart.
It a very simple strategy that utilizes 2 moving averages : a very fast one and a very slow one.
It will always enter only at the beginning candle of London session, and it will always exit at the candle at the finish of London session.
So the rules are simple :
If its 8 am GMT and the candle close or high cross the slow moving average and we are above at the same over the slow moving average we make a long movement. The oposite condition is applied for short.
At the same time we always use a very small stop loss = 50-100 points ( 5-10 pips).
We dont have a take profit, in our case the trade ends always at the end of London session. In this case at 15h GMT
It might work on other currencies aswell, but it has to be tested first.
For any questions or suggestions, please let me know.
BB21_MA200_StrategyThis strategy follows the trend and keeps you in the trend until it breaks SMA 200
SMA setting is 200
BB setting is 21
BUY
====
when BB is (lower band and upper band) above SMA 200 and price crossing above BB middle line
Partial Exit
==========
When Lower BB crossing down SMA200 , exit 30%
Total Exit
=========
When BB middle band crosses down SMA200 , exit ALL
Stop Loss
======
default is set to 5%
Risk Management
================
This is new parameter I have introduced in my strategies. Default value is 10% . That means , if your capital is 10000 , you are willing to risk 10% of it ... i.e 1000.
It doesnot mean that you are buying shares/units for 1000 only. It is different ...see below
Your trade size is calculated based on Risk% .... capital x risk 5 / stop Loss units
for further explanation you can check Alexander Elder's risk management rule. He mentioned 2% rule for 100K account. But most of us dont have 100K accounts .. . so I have defaulted 10% on 10K account. You can change this values and see the results. It wont change the number of trades or profit factor. It will increase the net profit.

Easy System 420In this strategy, 15 indicators are used, each giving its results as a numerical value, which then is added or subtracted from the total points, gathered from all 15 indicators.
Many thanks to RafaelZioni for his great work making the EasySys1 script which i modified to create this script.
Onchart is drawn some of the indicators, but not all, a info panel is drawn showing the value each indicator has calculated. The info panel can be turned on or off.
Many of the indicator settings can be changed by user, and this is recommended, to tune the strategy to users chosen pair/timeframe.
Therefore any pair or timeframe can be used, the strategy tester results showing possible results, remember to set commission to match your broker. example chart settings here have common crypto exchange commission value: 0.25%
indicator list : SAR + STT + ZigZag + ROC + DMI + CCI + Weis + SMA + AO + MOM + Hist + BB + Ichimoku + HMA
Golden Triangle StrategyGolden Triangle strategy setup is a variation of the buy-the-dip strategy, by Charlotte Hudgin.
You can find the detailed explanation here by Thomas N. Bulkowski thepatternsite.com
BUY
===
1. price should be trading above sma50
2. when it touches sma50 first time , check the starting rallypoint of where it initiated
3. from the above point to current close , see if you have white space , then draw the triangle
4. then check for volume confirmation ( current volume should be greater than last 4 ) --- I have slightly changed this to fit into hourly strategy by adding condition close>vwap
EXIT
====
1. Exit when close crossing down sma50 with at least 2% profit (slightly modified original condition)
StopLoss
========
2. stop loss is set to 6%

Simple Moving Average CrossThe script uses 3 simple moving averages that you can define (SMA Top, SMA Mid, SMA Long).
Once the SMA Top is above the SMA Mid and the SMA Mid is above the SMA Top a long position is entered.
Once the SMA Top is below the SMA Mid and the SMA Mid is below the SMA Top a short position is entered.
You may define how long before these positions are entered by adjusting the bars in the Inputs section.
A setting of 0 will enter a position as soon as the conditions are met,
whereas a setting of 5 will wait 5 bars after the conditions are met before entering the positions.
SMA StrategyIn this strategy, I took advantage of two different sma intersections for buying and selling points. You can use the intersection of 2 sma values for buying and 2 separate sma intersection for selling.
The main purpose of this strategy is to calculate the rate of return of the indicator belonging to this system. You can access the indicator version from this link and set an alarm.
Koala System EURUSD 15minToday I bring you one of the best systems I have found for 15min chart for EURUSD, can be adapted to other pairs aswell I suppose.
Its made of 4 SMA 3 6 9 50 and EMA 200.
It only makes 1 trade per day, in this case we have a risk % of our total eqquity, being the min 0.1 lots , can be changed tho .
We target TP/SL the same 1:1 rr, in this case I use 30 pips for both., that means I risk maximum 30$ out of a total of 1000 equity , per each trade , with 3%
Entry is simple : price is below all movings averages for sell or above for buy. At the same time we check that the ma's are in ascending or descending order.
The key here is patience, never make more than one trade per day.
System always close the trade at the end of london session. Also it only works, during the london session.
Enjoy it.

Combo Backtest 123 Reversal & EMA & MA Crossover This is combo strategies for get a cumulative signal.
First strategy
This System was created from the Book "How I Tripled My Money In The
Futures Market" by Ulf Jensen, Page 183. This is reverse type of strategies.
The strategy buys at market, if close price is higher than the previous close

The strategy sells at market, if close price is lower than the previous close price

Second strategy
The Moving Average Crossover trading strategy is possibly the most popular
trading strategy in the world of trading. First of them were written in the
middle of XX century, when commodities trading strategies became popular.
This strategy is a good example of so-called traditional strategies.
Traditional strategies are always long or short. That means they are never
out of the market. The concept of having a strategy that is always long or
short may be scary, particularly in today’s market where you don’t know what
is going to happen as far as risk on any one market. But a lot of traders
believe that the concept is still valid, especially for those of traders who
do their own research or their own discretionary trading.
This version uses crossover of moving average and its exponential moving average.

Monthly MA Close Generates buy or sell signal if monthly candle closes above or below the signal MA.
Long positions only.
Inputs:
-Change timeframe MA
-Change period MA
-Use SMA or EMA
-Display MA
-Use another ticker as signal
-Select time period for backtesting
This script is not necessarily written to maximize profits, but to minimize losses.
Although it can outperform 'Buy & Hold' on some occasions when there is a multiple month bearisch trend.
You can optimise this strategy by changing the signal MA inputs.
I would suggest aiming for the best Profit Factor starting from the monthly ("M") setting.
You can always fine-tune the results at a lower timeframe.
The option to use another ticker for providing signals can give you a more stable and unified results.
For example using AMEX:SPY as signal with default parameters gives better results with NASDAQ:AAPL than if you would use NASDAQ:AAPL itself.
I used the anti-repainting function from PineCoders to prevent repainting.
This script is best used for multi-month trading positions & Daily or 4H setting of your chart.
SMA Cross strategyThis is a simple strategy which is always profitable and trades better than most premium channels and I give it out for free :)
Working very good on ETHUSDT futures on binance :)
GMS: Moving Average Crossover StrategyThis is a moving average crossover system built the way I would want it to be.
- The moving averages included are SMA, EMA, WMA, VWMA.
- You can select either for the first moving average or the second moving average.
- You can also select to see the Long trades, Short trades, or both at the same time.
- There is also a simple moving average trend filter. When this is selected, it only applies to the entries of a trade and not the exit. There are situations where the entry is above the trend filter and the exit is below.

SMA Cross Entry & Exit StrategyThis is a TradingView Strategy Script meaning you can't execute real trades using your exchange API connected to your TradingView account, it is designed for backtesting only
This is a basic backtesting script for charting the bullish and bearish cross of two user defined simple moving averages, select the cog next to the name of the script ON the price chart in the left hand corner. The script will print to the screen either "Long Entry" or "Short Entry" depending on the direction of the cross. The script using TradingView strategies will subsequently close the opposite of the position that is executed when the bullish or bearish cross occurs. Simply put, if you are short and a bullish cross occurs, your short trade will close and be logged in strategies and the long will fire. You can pyramid the long and short positions to continue entering as long as the trend doesn't flip. You will find this in the script settings. Since this script is for backtesting you can manually set the "backtesting range" for TradingView Strategies and firing the "Long Entry" and "Short Entry". This as well, is in the settings.
Notice: When the SMA cross occurs, you have to wait till the next candle before TradingView Strategy will print the "Long Entry" or "Short Entry" to the screen

This strategy is based only on T3 moving average, but uses sma 200 as filter for enter long or short.
The default settings considers a daily timeframe.
The strategy is very simple: long if T3 increase, short if T3 decrease.
Note that if you set volume factor to 0 you will have an exponential moving average, while if you set to 1 you'll get a DEMA.
MACD Multi-MA StrategyThis script applies the average of each major MA (SMA, RMA, EMA, WVMA, WMA) to the MACD formula.
The logic is simple. When all 5 MA's are in agreement in direction, then then script will notify users of change.
I posted this as a strategy to help show how logic does in back test. If you use my simple yet effective solution to find take profit locations, you can blow this back testing out of the water!!!

Scripting Tutorial A - TManyMA - StopsThis script is for a triple moving average strategy where the user can select from different types of moving averages, price sources, lookback periods and resolutions.
Features:
- 3 Moving Averages with variable MA types, periods, price sources, resolutions and the ability to disable each individually.
- Crossovers are plotted on the chart with detailed information regarding the crossover (Ex: 50 SMA crossed over 200 SMA )
- Forecasting available for all three MAs. MA values are forecasted 5 values out and plotted as if a continuation to the MA.
- Forecast bias also applies to all forecasting. Bias means we can forecast based on an anticipated bullish, bearish or neutral direction in the market.
- To understand bias, please read the source code, or if you can't read the code just send me a message on here or Twitter. Twitter should be linked to my profile.
- Ribbons added and on by default. Optional setting to disable the ribbons. 5 ribbons between MA1 and MA2 and another 5 between MA2 and MA3.
- Ribbons are alpha-color coded based on their relation to their default MAs.
- Ribbons are only visible between MAs if the MAs being compared share the same Type, Resolution, and Source because there is no way to consolidate those three in a simple manner.
- Ribbon values are calculated based on calculated MA Periods between the MAs.
- Converted the existing study into a strategy.
- Strategy only enters long positions with a market order when MA crossovers occur.
- Strategy exits positions when crossunders occur.
- Trades 100% of the equity with one order/position by default.
- Ability to disable trading certain crosses with input checks.
- Ability to exit trades with a take profit or stop loss.
- User input to allow quick changes to the take profit or stop loss percentages.
This script is meant as an educational script with well-formatted styling, and references for specific functions.

Simple 17 BF 🚀A Simple Moving Average of period 17 based on ohlc4 values. We go long when price closes above it. We go short when price closes below it. No stop loss. No take profit.
This strategy is really to showcase how effective a basic system can be, and that with discipline and patience, trading does not need to be complex to yield good results over time.
You can change the Moving Average type, source and period in the settings as well as the backtesting range. I found 17 period SMA with ohlc4 to be a good fit for XBT/USD on Daily timeframe but for other pairs, the type, source and period will likely differ.
INSTRUCTIONS
Red turns to Green = Long Entry/Short Exit
Green turns to Red = Short Entry/Long Exit
The entries are based on when price crosses the MA and this is what the backtest is based on. We exit the current trade when we get an opposing signal and enter the new trade.
