Multiplier ChartI am proposing an alternative to the percent change.
An alternative that is symmetrical to both positive and negative change, unlike percentage change.
The simple idea is to have a positive number if the reference value (called val in the script) is lower than the stock value and needs to be multiplied;
a negative number instead if the reference number is higher than the stock value, so the reference value needs to be divided.
Multiplying all by 100 to give clearer and more readable results, the Multiplier would have a huge gap between +100 and -100, because a stock multiplied by 1 or divided by 1 are the same thing.
So we need to compromise and move all positive numbers down by 100 and all negative numbers up by 100. This actually gives a similar result to percentage change, and it is actually identical in the positive range.
The fundamental difference lies on the negative range, which is completely symmetrical. So if a stock goes up 100 points one day (doubles), and the next it goes down another 100 points (halves), at the end of the second day the stock has the same value as it had at the beginning of the first day! On percentage change it would be +100% the first day and -50% the second.
We mustn't undervalue the human tendency to compare a 1% change to a -1% change, but they do not mean the same even if they seem to indicate so.
A clear example of this can be found on CMC 0.60% -3.56% -3.56% (CoinMarketCap), in which each day are shown the best and worst performing coins of the day. So you might see a +900% there in the top performing, but you'll never see a -900%, because percentage change cannot go further than -100%. It is a fundamentally asymmetric scale that can confuse people a lot especially in those fast moving new markets.ù
I am welcome to feedback and all kinds of opinions and critics.
Some interesting things to note: you can use it as a percentage change indicator or as a different perspective to a stock chart. In fact, it lets you see how big of a difference it made buying coins when they were very cheap, because when they are cheap a difference of what it might seem nothing is amplified by all the gains that the stock/coin made after. So, looking at coins charts using this indicator shows how "not flat" were the early days, which in a normal chart are flattened to 0.

Mayer MultipleFollowing Preston Pysh's "Bitcoin Mayer Multiple" study, I made this simple script to plot the Mayer multiple by calculating the ratio between bitcoin price and its 200-day moving average. It also plots the moving average of ratio itself.
Mayer Multiple Buy PriceFollowing Preston Pysh's "Bitcoin Mayer Multiple" study, I made this simple script to plot the recommended buy price based on the calculated 2.4x ratio between bitcoin price and its 200-day moving average. The ratio and SMA length have default values of 2.4 and 200 and can be adjusted.
Session min/max pointsMinimum and maximum points in a day trading session. It may help you spot the range which min and max occur in a session.
In day trading, for example, at securities like GBPNZD, minimum happens between 02:00-05:00 ET and maximum between 08:00-14:00 ET. This indicator can help you test this hypothesis.
Happy trading!
Function - Integral PriceFunction to convert floating numeric price to its *integral* value, ex: 1.2345 --> 12345.
integral might not be the right name, so pardon my engrish :p.
Rate Of Change - Absolute ValueMeasures the period's change in terms of the instrument's value (e.g. pip, dollar, etc) instead of as a percentage. I generally use it on a daily time frame with a period=1 to see how the current day's move compares with prior days' moves in order to gain a perspective into how this move ranks historically.

Simple horizontal values extending up and down from a median value.
Set Median Value, and set offset values. Simples!
Function Linear Decay V2EXPERIMENTAL:
improved range detection (it now locks range when its last formed on the appropriate side improving readability as it doesnt auto adjust when opposite extreme moves)
Trailing Sharpe RatioThe Sharpe ratio allows you to see whether or not an investment has historically provided a return appropriate to its risk level. A Sharpe ratio above one is acceptable, above 2 is good, and above 3 is excellent. A Sharpe ratio less than one would indicate that an investment has not returned a high enough return to justify the risk of holding it. Interesting in this example, SPY's one year avg Sharpe ratio is above 3. This would mean on average SPY returns 3x better returns than the risk associated with holding it, implying there is some sort of underlying value to the investment.
When the sharpe ratio is above its signal, this implies the investment is currently outperforming compared to its typical return, below the signal means the investment is currently under performing. A negative Shape would mean that the investment has not provided a positive return, and may be a possible short candidate.
UCS_Extreme Snap Back (TVI)I am calling it a SNAP BACK indicator.
Utilizing the TVI (Transactional Value Index - Link below for indicator / setups)
You can pretty much guess when any instrument could slow down, last stand in a pullback and the last few candles before losing its strong trend.
It varies per person, a short term trader can use this, Long term traders can hedge with options.
A great tool for my trading. Thought I will share this.
This utilizes TVI indicator, currently the TVI is manipulated manually, I have automated a version for future release.
Embrace trading - keep the money flowing.
UCSgears_Transaction Valuation IndexHere is the Version 2 of the TVI indicator posted earlier.
This is inspired from the Value Charts Indicator.
Version 1

Extreme Alerts and Overlay will be added later.
UCSgears_Transaction Valuation IndexThis is an indicator, That works great in a wip-saw market range. Would not use this to trade in a breakout.
I am calling it the "Transaction Value Index (UCS_TVI)", The reason is because, it measure where the price currently from the mean trade value.
The cross represents the highest trade value on that day, circle represents the lowest trade value.
In other words, Top and bottom of the candle wicks, in relation to the mean trade value (MTV).
Watchout for Further Updates on Optimizing this indicator.
DO NOT CONFUSE IT WITH FUNDAMENTAL VALUATION, THIS IS PURELY TECHNICAL VALUATION TECHNIQUE
As Usual, Good Luck

UCS_Value BandsThis Indicator is yet another variation of KC. Inspired from Value Charts webinar. I have seen their videos on youtube. What appears to be a variation of KC.
They use 12 bands Showing the zone, and different MA for different timeframes.
You can get this indicator close to accuracy by changing the inputs (ATR) and (Deviations)
This also can be used with the triple ATR setup - Change the values to EMA to desired value. To obtain the First band to plot @ 1, Change the Band deviation to 0.25.
Also can be used as as the Acceleration Band. With Current Settings, the Third Band will plot the Acceleration band.

Earnings S/R Levels [LazyBear]These levels are based on price around earnings day. I have implemented support for 2 calculation modes:
Mode 1: Level = (low of 1 day prior to earnings + high of 1 day after earnings) / 2.0
Mode 2: Level = (hl2 of 1 day prior to earnings + hl2 of 1 day after earnings + close from earnings day) / 3.0
Chart above shows "Mode 1". Mode can be changed via options page.
This indicator was requested by user @mika2k1ff. I learnt more about this idea from @DanV and @TimWest (Thanks guys :)). BTW, TimWest has an indicators package, "Key Hidden Levels", that has this and more.
Do let me know how you use this, I am very intrigued by the potential this idea shows. Thanks.
