Overview
Thuận Reversal Dynamics is a high-precision technical analysis tool based on the Wyckoff Method. It is specifically designed to identify potential trend reversals by detecting Liquidity Sweeps (Stop-runs). This indicator automates the process of finding "Springs" and "Upthrusts"—the classic traps set by Smart Money to flush out retail traders before a real market move begins.
How It Works
The script tracks historical structural pivots and compares them with current price action to find specific patterns:
Spring (SP): Occurs when the price breaks below a significant support level (Pivot Low) but quickly recovers and closes back above it. This indicates a Bear Trap and a potential bullish reversal.
Upthrust (UT): Occurs when the price breaks above a key resistance (Pivot High) but fails to hold, closing back below it. This indicates a Bull Trap and a potential bearish reversal.
Key Features
Dynamic Trading Range: Automatically plots the Range High (Green) and Range Low (Red) based on a customizable lookback period to help you visualize the "Value Area."
Volume Confirmation: Optional filter to ensure signals only appear when there is institutional activity (Volume spikes).
Smart Pivot Tracking: The algorithm remembers significant historical levels and ignores minor price fluctuations to reduce noise.
Real-Time Alerts: Integrated alerts for both Spring and Upthrust signals to ensure you never miss a liquidity sweep.
Trading Strategy
Long Entry: Look for the SP label at or below the Red Range Low. Set your Stop Loss below the wick of the Spring candle.
Short Entry: Look for the UT label at or above the Green Range High. Set your Stop Loss above the wick of the Upthrust candle.
Pro Tip: These signals are most powerful when they occur after a long period of consolidation (Accumulation/Distribution) or at major HTF (Higher Time Frame) support/resistance zones.
Settings
Pivot Length: Sensitivity of the high/low detection (Default: 6).
Require Volume: Toggle to filter signals based on relative volume strength.
Range Period: The window used to define the current trading boundaries.
