NC UT Bot + RSI 50 + EMA 200 + ADX (Trend-Filtered)
Overview

This indicator is an advanced, trend-filtered version of the classic UT Bot Alerts strategy.
It combines ATR-based trailing stop signals with trend, momentum, and strength filters to significantly reduce false signals in ranging markets.

The goal is simple:
👉 Trade only when the market is trending and momentum supports the move.

Core Logic

The indicator generates signals using four aligned conditions:

1. UT Bot (Entry Trigger)

Uses an ATR-based trailing stop

Provides precise BUY / SELL timing

2. EMA 200 (Trend Filter)

Long trades only above EMA 200

Short trades only below EMA 200

Prevents trading against the main trend

3. RSI 50 (Momentum Filter)

RSI > 50 → bullish momentum

RSI < 50 → bearish momentum

Filters out weak or exhausted moves

4. ADX (Trend Strength Filter)

Uses ADX from DMI

Trades only when ADX is above the minimum threshold

Avoids low-volatility, sideways markets

Signal Conditions
BUY (Long) Signal

All conditions must be met:

UT Bot BUY signal

Price above EMA 200

RSI > 50

ADX > minimum level

SELL (Short) Signal

All conditions must be met:

UT Bot SELL signal

Price below EMA 200

RSI < 50

ADX > minimum level

Why This Works

UT Bot → precise entry timing

EMA 200 → trade only in the dominant trend

RSI 50 → confirms momentum direction

ADX → ensures the market is actually trending

This combination greatly improves signal quality, reduces over-trading, and increases consistency.
