Oslo, Norway, 30 September 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchangeannouncement by Norsk Titanium AS (the "Company") on 23 September 2025regardingthe final results of a subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of40,276,800 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares").

The registration of the share capital increase relating to the SubsequentOffering has been completed with the Norwegian Register of BusinessEnterprises.The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 82,195,994.08 divided into1,027,449,926 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.08 and carryingonevote in the Company's general meeting.
