Hong Kong's Fosun to divest stake in Luz Saude to Macquarie-linked firm

Hong Kong's Fosun International 656 said on Friday its unit had agreed to sell a 40% stake in its Portugal-based hospital operator Luz Saude, S.A for 310 million euros ($362.92 million) to an entity linked to Australian conglomerate Macquarie Group MQG.
