Financial Commission Adds CFD Broker QRS Global with €20K Trader Protection

The Financial Commission has announced QRS Global as its newest approved member. The company’s membership took effect today (Thursday).

As an approved broker member, QRS Global and its clients now have access to the Commission’s external dispute resolution services. These include protection of up to €20,000 per complaint, covered by the Commission’s Compensation Fund.

The Financial Commission approved several brokers as its newest members this year. FP Markets, OneRoyal, FXON, and GTCFX have all received official approval, joining the self-regulatory forum and gaining access to its external dispute resolution services.

QRS Global Expands from Traders to Brokers

QRS Global is licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority in Comoros. It is also registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.

The broker was established by traders with more than eight years of direct trading experience. Its leadership also includes partners with over two decades in the financial industry. The company began as a small trading group and later expanded its services to retail clients and introducing brokers.

Financial Commission Provides Mediation for Disputes

The Financial Commission operates as a self-regulatory forum for the trading industry. It provides mediation services when disputes between brokerages and clients cannot be resolved directly. According to the Commission, its processes are designed to offer faster and simpler resolutions compared to arbitration or court procedures.

Scammers Impersonate Financial Commission to Defraud Traders

The Financial Commission warned traders about scams involving individuals posing as its representatives. These scammers offer paid recovery services to victims of fraudulent brokers and use fake companies to issue guarantee letters.

The Commission clarified it does not provide recovery services, send cold emails, or issue guarantees. Traders are advised to verify communications via the official member list and Dispute Resolution Form before sharing personal information.
