Did bitcoin just breakout?

This is not a trading signal. As we can see in the chart, bitcoin price just popped the upper trend line.
If we manage to close the day above it, it'll be a long signal. I'm keeping a close eye on the charts.

We'll take position based on how it close the day. Happy trading :)

We've got what looks like a gravestone doji on the hourly chart followed by a common one.

It implies bulls are tired, but we're in an uptrend so be careful with shorts :)

Based on above mentioned candlestick indicators, shorts are taking place.
Price fell down from 11,500 to 11,350 on Bitmex. We're still in uptrend, be cautious.

Bitcoin has managed to close the day above trend line. This is a bullish signal.

There's USDT FUD going on in the market. Gdax is trading at 11,300 and Bitfinex at 11,700.

At one time, the difference between two exchanges was approximately 500 USD

Probably not a good idea to open long at this time.

Based on hourly MACD, RSI and bollinger bands it looks like bears are winning.

On 4 hours chart, MACD is about to cross and so far it looks bearish. same for RSI

I'll close this idea now and post a new long or short signal based on market mood.
