1.หลักการพิจารณาในเคสนี้ก็คือ ต้องเอากฏ Rule of Equality มาช่วยในการแยกแยะ
Rule of Equality กฏแห่งความเท่าเทียมในรูปแบบ Impulse จะต้องอยู่ภายใต้กฏ Extention rule คลื่น 1/3/5 จะต้องเกิดการยืดตัวยาวกว่าคลื่นอื่นอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญ
และเมื่อระบุได้ว่าคลื่นใดยาวที่สุด กฏ Rule of Equality จะถูกนำมาพิจารณา กฏนี้ใช้เทียบระหว่างคลื่น 1/3/5 เช่น ถ้าคลื่น 1 ยืดขยาย กฏนี้จะนำมาใช้กับคลื่น 3 และ 5 ถ้าคลื่น 3 ยืดขยาย กฏนี้จะนำมาใช้กับคลื่น 1 และ 5 ถ้าคลื่น 5 ยืดขยาย กฏนี้จะนำมาใช้กับคลื่น 1 และ 3 คลื่นที่ไม่ได้ยืดตัวทั้งสองคลื่นนั้นจะต้องมีสัดส่วนเท่ากันในแง่ราคา หรือ เวลา หรือ เป็นสัดส่วนกันในอัตราส่วน 61.8 % อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือทั้งสองอย่าง
***กฎมีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดในรูปแบบคลื่น 3 Extention และ การวัดความยาวของคลื่นลูกที่ 5Failure แต่กฎนี้ไม่ครอบคลุมคลื่นที่ 1 ยืดขยาย
หรือเป็น Terminal Impulse เมื่อเอาพิจารณาตามกฏนี้คลื่นที่ 5 จะต้องลงไปเท่ากับคลื่น 1 หรือ ใช้เวลาเท่ากับคลื่น 1 หรือ เป็นอัตราส่วน 61.8%
2.อีกเหตุผลหนึ่งก็คือ Correction คลื่นสอง และ คลื่น 4 ของ Impulse wave x3 คลื่น 2 กับ 4 มักจะทำสัดส่วนกันในแง่ราคา หรือ เวลา อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือทั้งสองอย่างเช่นเดียวกับ ในคลื่นยืดขยาย หลักการนี้อยู่ในบทที่ 12 หน้าที่ 25
Corrections
Wave-2 & Wave-4 If wave-2 is the largest price correction of the Impulse pattern, the 4th wave will likely be 61.8% of the price covered by wave-2 (see Figure 12-29, Diagram A). The next choice would be 38.2%. If wave4 is the larger price correction in the Impulse pattern, wave-2 should be 61.8%, or less likely, 38.2% of wave-4 (refer to Figure 12-29, Diagram B).
Wave-a & Wave-b Unlike waves 2&4, waves a &b move in opposite directions. Contrary to the prevailing beliefs of many, Fibonacci relationships are more reliable between patterns traveling in the same direction, not opposite directions. As a result, there are no consistently reliable relationships between waves-a & b. The relationship between waves a &b is used mostly in deciding the Structure of the a-wave (see Retracement Rules and Pre-Constructive Rules of Logic, Chapter 3).
