Tibco Software has tested and bounced off key support at $20 over a long period of time now, it seems the value buyers step in at that level while the company gets sold off in this growth hungry environment, i will initiate a long position again in the low 20s, for now i believe there is still a little upside left to at least the 50 ma a little above 21 before it hits some resistance there
