Spy bearish

Folks I think spy Dow Jones are all bearish , I have been wrong in the past so please do your own research. However, if you see spy hit a resistance today at 288 which it was not able to break and is heading south. Please note that technical indicators are meaningless when federal reserve steps in so if you want to short the Spy you should wait for fed announcement. Maybe it will mean less profits but better to be safe and wait before taking a directional bet. If however after fed announcement spy breaks 290 then we can go long.
