Like I sad in other posts, most Alts are waiting on ETH to break ATH to start breaking ATH`s as well.
We are depending on the timing now, if ETH start overtaking BTC, we could have a big move in the Dominance even though BTC is slowly going up.
We are still in BTC`s time, but be ready to move your capital accordingly and take full advantage of the cycle.
BTC>ETH>(ADA, BNB, DOT, SOL, LUNA)>(AVAX, ALGO, ATOM, FTM , CAKE, EGLD )> Small caps
