Poor POE. It wants to take off so bad but it just can't yet.
POE has been ready to pop for awhile. The baby, mama and papas are done forming but again - bad news in the market creating down turn has taken its wind out of its sails.
As it tries to break out of its current trend towards the first fib line it keeps stalling. Is this a continuation? Probably, but will it break out eventually. Yes.
