$QQQ $NQ_F Possible Head and Shoulders Top

I've been relatively quite for the last few days for 2 reasons. The 1st is related to some urgent family matters that kept my focus away from the markets. And the 2nd is this possible head and shoulders pattern building on the Nasdaq.
For my style of trading, there is not much I would want to buy until this resolves to the upside, meaning, wait for a close above that right shoulder for confirmation of trend resumption to the upside . Until then, the markets will remain under pressure and I would continue to be mainly in a holding pattern with not much buying to do.
