MSFT had a bullish gap in April 2023 from which the last bullish leg originated. It is currently developing a countertrend bearish leg within a descending channel. There is a clear bearish divergence with the oscillator.We think there is a high probability that it will try to close this bullish gap. To do so, it will have to look for the floor of the current bearish channel (July 2023), which will be pierced. The declines will be stopped by the liquidity zone of $275-280 and the medium-term bullish guideline (December 2018).
From there, the probability of an upward restructuring should be contemplated since a pull-back to the $310 support would be essential to continue rising or to perform a second downward leg (ABC).
