After watching the charts of IDEA, the RSI level has crossed it's peak trend line(line shown on RSI in image) and IDEA wasn't able to confirm its shorting by breaking below trend line. But as you can see the charts, it has broke the above trend line and RSI has crossed the line. It shows the buying of stock, you can buy the stock at the first minute of tomorrow's trade.
