Oil prices are depressed, HAL is cooking the books for now but they must deal with the reailty sooner or later. They need to pay the debt or wipe it if they want to survive as a company. Only options are either to file for ch 11 and let the lenders eat it or merge with another oil services co and devalue the shareholder equity. No bank will lend more money to re-structure the debt imo.
