Ethereum (ETH): Needs To Drop Towards $2,800.

Ethereum is still looking bad where sellers are not showing any remorse or what so ever.

We are looking for a price to break current zones, which would lead it towards $2800, where we will be looking for some long positions.

Now, in our current state, we are not touching the Ethereum up until we see that proper drop so let's wait and see how things go here!

Ethereum did make a good liquidity move to the local support zone, where also our target was sitting.

We are now looking for a smaller correction to happen towards the $3400 where we will be looking for any signs of weakness; if we see then it will result in the price falling back to $3000.

As always, less talk more action so let's wait for price structure to develop now 😉

After having a decent drop on Ethereum, filling a few important zones on bigger timeframes (the Dottes line, which we have been monitoring for some time), the price has had proper recovery ever since, where we are approaching the resistance zone (and also the EMAs).

Those 2 zones are our target zones for the short term, where once we reach them we will be looking for the reversal and zones where sellers might show dominance.

Until then, we are going to wait and just keep an eye on!

Ethereum did have a nice upward movement toward the 200EMA, which was our target area for upward movement.

Now, price is showing signs of weakness where we had a rejection from that same EMA and price is now retesting the broken zone (where buyers try to fix it as a support zone).

We are looking for a full breakdown here and once we see confirmations, we will look for a short position here, but if buyers manage to secure this zone, then ETH might head back to that upper resistance zone!!!

Buyers seem to dominate current zones of Ethereum, which might lead price back to $3500 zones.

Now we had a quick liquidity movement to lower zones and price seems to still recover from that, looking for a proepr resistance zone.

We keep our attentions at current zones as buyers have not fully yet secured the zone, but upon doing so, our next target would be $3500, where we will be looking for any signs of weakness!
