ETH, Dankal Waves analysis

Zaktualizowano
Dankal waves are not based on price movement only. Dankal Waves include 4 things:
1. Price
2. Dynamics
3. Fractals
4. Wave count

I have not shown everything here in the chart.. Only a few major things have been shown.
This is not a financial advice.

This is a medium term analysis which can take 1-4 weeks.

1. Market has a definite structure which is detectable via Dankal Waves.
2. Flash-Crash and Surge keep occurring time and again on lower time frames. These two phenomenons give the volatility to the market.
3. Sudden Fall and Sudden rise is the result of unfilled waves/pending waves which is detectable via Dankal waves.
4. Waves can be small or long but there are always a definite number of waves before any corrections/reversals.
5. Technical analysis holds good only when there are unlimited (High) number of traders involved.

"Dankal Waves" is my private research . I have developed special softwares to identify them. They are not detectable manually because dynamics cannot be seen on naked charts.

Why Technical analysis based on TLs and SR levels is not much reliable ?

Price is function of dynamics and not of TLs and SR levels. TL’s and SR’s can affect the price for a very short time but not always. The Real force behind the Price is dynamics. An inclusion of dynamics+price is must for correct technical analysis.

Smaller time frames have higher priority so the zig zag nature of the market.

Equilibrium is the Law of Nature. No market can run in a single direction forever. It always needs to settle down after every impulse like. These impulses may be on M1 to MN. So there exist Inevits ( Inevitable) points which are achieved inevitably ( Provided there are high number of traders involved for the organic flow).

No need to panic ..we are still short ..because we are doing it on TF 4.

Lets prove it by an example.
Take a coin and toss it 10 times. Note down the number of head and tails it has shown in ten tosses. It can be like 3 head +7 tails , or, 4 tails + 6 heads..it can be any number.
Now flip the coin for at least 1000 times and note all the outcomes..the difference between head and tails will decrease. AND ..After sufficient number of tosses of the coin the count of head and tail will be almost equal.
Here the number of tosses represent the number of traders..higher the number of trader , natural will be the outcome i.e equal number of head and tail.
This is called Law of Nature..Law of Equilibrium ..Law of everything.

price right now is 3512.xx.

Why people are confused with such a bullish move ?

Most of the traders mix lower TFs with Higher TFs. that is the major reason of loss. Because lower TFs are for entry and exit only whereas you should keep your direction as per the higher time frame if you are doing Dankal Waves. It does not mean that market will never move against you but you will be in the right direction at least. Lower time frames are used by day trader like. lets see..

No one is smart enough to see everything in a market. Only algos have ability to analyse the things at its optimum. Dankal Waves ( Dynamics+ Fractals+ Wave count) are calculated by Algos so are more reliable than manual analysis.

3300 is the Time frame 4 (TF4) pivot. a break will take it to TF2 pivot which is at 2100 area.

On the Track to 2085 area.
