Looking at the price pattern formation in this "big picture" (in it's entirety); it certainly looks like there is a strong potential for DXY to break-out to the upside indeed...! (In fact, price is starting a Green-Heiken-Ashi-Candlestick in this Monthly Chart as you can see; which means a great deal about a bullish price action starting...)
*The existing rally of the US Dollar looks like it is just the "tiny" beginning/start of a bigger bullishness...
