Can someone help me with this...?

I'm learning to trade and understand patterns etc.

Is this a (legit ) inverse head and shoulders pattern? If i'm right the lenght of the top of the head to the neckline is almost the same when i breaks to the upside to the newest alltime high. Is this right?
