Volume Flow ConfluenceVolume Flow Confluence (CMF-KVO Integration)
Core Function:
The Volume Flow Confluence Indicator combines two volume-analysis methods: Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) and the Klinger Volume Oscillator (KVO). It displays a histogram only when both indicators align in their respective signals.
Signal States:
• Green Bars: CMF is positive (> 0) and KVO is above its signal line
• Red Bars: CMF is negative (< 0) and KVO is below its signal line
• No Bars: When indicators disagree
Technical Components:
Chaikin Money Flow (CMF):
Measures the relationship between volume and price location within the trading range:
• Calculates money flow volume using close position relative to high/low range
• Aggregates and normalizes over specified period
• Default period: 20
Klinger Volume Oscillator (KVO):
Evaluates volume in relation to price movement:
• Tracks trend changes using HLC3
• Applies volume force calculation
• Uses two EMAs (34/55) with a signal line (13)
Practical Applications:
1. Signal Identification
- New colored bars after blank periods show new agreement between indicators
- Color intensity differentiates new signals from continuations
- Blank spaces indicate lack of agreement
2. Trend Analysis
- Consecutive colored bars show continued indicator agreement
- Transitions between colors or to blank spaces show changing conditions
- Can be used alongside other technical analysis tools
3. Risk Considerations
- Signals are not predictive of future price movement
- Should be used as one of multiple analysis tools
- Effectiveness may vary across different markets and timeframes
Technical Specifications:
Core Algorithm
CMF = Σ(((C - L) - (H - C))/(H - L) × V)n / Σ(V)n
KVO = EMA(VF, 34) - EMA(VF, 55)
Where VF = V × |2(dm/cm) - 1| × sign(Δhlc3)
Signal Line = EMA(KVO, 13)
Signal Logic
Long: CMF > 0 AND KVO > Signal
Short: CMF < 0 AND KVO < Signal
Neutral: All other conditions
Parameters
CMF Length = 20
KVO Fast = 34
KVO Slow = 55
KVO Signal = 13

Volume Bars [jpkxyz]
Multi-Timeframe Volume indicator by @jpkxyz
This script is a Multi-Timeframe Volume Z-Score Indicator. It dynamically calculates /the Z-Score of volume over different timeframes to assess how significantly current
volume deviates from its historical average. The Z-Score is computed for each
timeframe independently and is based on a user-defined lookback period. The
script switches between timeframes automatically, adapting to the chart's current
timeframe using `timeframe.multiplier`.
The Z-Score formula used is: (current volume - mean) / standard deviation, where
mean and standard deviation are calculated over the lookback period.
The indicator highlights periods of "significant" and "massive" volume by comparing
the Z-Score to user-specified thresholds (`zScoreThreshold` for significant volume
and `massiveZScoreThreshold` for massive volume). The script flags buy or sell
conditions based on whether the current close is higher or lower than the open.
Visual cues:
- Dark Green for massive buy volume.
- Red for massive sell volume.
- Green for significant buy volume.
- Orange for significant sell volume.
- Gray for normal volume.
The script also provides customizable alert conditions for detecting significant or massive buy/sell volume events, allowing users to set real-time alerts.
Thrax - Intraday Market Pressure ZonesTHRAX - INTRADAY MARKET PRESSURE ZONES
This indicator identifies potential support and resistance zones based on areas of significant market pressure. It dynamically plots these zones and adjusts their visibility based on real-time price action and user-defined thresholds. The indicator is useful for traders seeking to understand intraday market pressure, visualize zones of potential price reversals, and analyze volume imbalances at critical levels.
1. Support/Resistance Zones: Wherever the price retraces significantly from its high a support zone is drawn and when it retraces significantly from it low a resistance zone is drawn. The significant retracing is measured by the wick threshold percentage. For instance, if set to 75%, it implies price retracement of 75% either from high or from low for a particular candel
Volume delat: Displays volume delta information where the zones are formed. This can be used by trader to consider only those zones where delta is significant.
2. Breakout Detection: Monitors for price breakouts beyond established zones, deleting zones that are invalidated by price movement. when the price breaks a given zone with the threshold, it is considered to be mitigated and chances of trend continuation is decent.
Candle Coloring: Uses color codes (green, red, and yellow) to represent bullish, bearish, and indecisive (doji) candles, aiding quick visual assessment.
INPUTS
1. Wick Threshold (%) : Sets the minimum wick percentage required for a candle to be considered a support or resistance candidate.
2. Breakout Threshold (%) : Determines the percentage above or below a support or resistance zone that defines a breakout condition. if breaks a zone with the set threshold then the zone will be considered mititgated.
3. Max Number of Support/Resistance Zones : Limits the maximum number of support/resistance zones displayed on the chart, ranging from 1 to 5.
4. Show Wick Percentage Labels : Toggles the display of percentage values for upper and lower wicks on each candle.
TRADE SETUP
Identifying Entry Points: Look for the formation of support or resistance zones. Wait for price to retrace to these zones. if you are willing to take risk, you can consider even zones with low delta. If you want to be more cautious you should consider zones with high delta.
Volume Confirmation: Use the volume information to confirm the strength of the zone. Strong volume differences (displayed as labels) can indicate significant market pressure at these levels.
Breakout Trades: If price breaks through a support/resistance zone by more than the breakout threshold, consider this a signal for a potential trend continuation in the breakout direction.
Risk Management: Set stop-loss levels slightly outside of the identified zones to minimize risk in case of false breakouts. This can be set in input setting for breakout threshold.
Bonus Tip : Mark your significant highs and lows from where prices have retraced multiple times in the near past and if the zone is near these levels it can serve s a strong candidate of support or resistance
Therefore, in conclusion monitor the zones, based on delta and volume presence filter out the zone, wait for price retracement to the zone, intiate the trade with stop loss below zone with a set percentage.
Volume Breakout by Chosen VolumeDescription:
The Volume Breakout indicator (VB) is a technical analysis tool that highlights candles with significant trading volume. It helps traders identify potential breakout periods characterized by high volume activity.
How it Works:
The Volume Breakout indicator compares the volume of each candle with a user-defined minimum volume threshold. If the volume of a candle exceeds or is equal to the specified minimum volume requirement, the indicator identifies it as a volume breakout and marks it accordingly.
Usage:
To effectively utilize the Volume Breakout indicator, follow these steps:
1. Apply the VB indicator to your chart by adding it from the available indicators.
2. Customize the minimum required volume parameter according to your trading preferences. This parameter determines the threshold volume level that a candle must meet or exceed to be considered a breakout candidate.
3. Observe the candles on the chart:
- Candles that meet or exceed the minimum required volume are highlighted with a specific color (yellow by default), indicating potential breakout periods.
4. Pay attention to the volume breakout indications within the candles, as they suggest periods of increased trading activity.
5. Analyze the price action accompanying the volume breakout candles. Breakouts often indicate a surge in buying or selling pressure, potentially leading to significant price moves or trend reversals.
6. Combine the analysis of volume breakout candles with other technical analysis tools, such as trend lines, support and resistance levels, or indicators, to confirm potential trade setups.
7. Implement appropriate risk management strategies, including setting stop-loss orders and position sizing, to manage your trades effectively and protect your capital.
KINSKI Volume Regression TrendRegression trends are typically used to determine when a price is unusually far from its baseline. The script calculates the linear regression of volume and price to determine the trend direction and strength. This can be used to determine the volume support for upward/downward trends.

Volume Play This is going to be my first published indicator on Trading View. Thanks for TradingView for providing us this great platform And thanks for all of those who helps me to built this indicator and share there ideas.I cannot mention everyone name here believe me that list going to be huge.Everyone’s idea and help is much appreciated. This is how our TradingView community is growing day by day with kindness and knowledge. Every time I take so much from community in form knowledge that every time somewhere I feel that I also need to do something for community and finally day arrived .A gift from my side to community.A gift of indicator-VOLUME PLAY
This volume based indicator has High Relative Volume bar Background, Low Relative Volume bar background ,Volume Labels of Buying volume, Selling volume and Total volume count with percentage, Highest Volume in Percentage and Highest 5x volume count and 10x volume count of bar.Plus I have did column scaling to take Down pan input so you can switch pane or add in existing pane without any major problem And all this works on any time frame. Isn’t it good idea?
This indicator displays the volume of each session in a similar manner of the default volume indicator. However it add on the last bar Green and Red bar colours. Green means buying is more than selling and Red means selling is more than buying. On top of Some bar If number appears That means that’s volume is highest multiple volume of 5 and if number appears with label means highest multiple volume of 10.So simple without label volume counts means 5x and with label means 10x.
Now some of bars has background colour of Mint green , Pastel red and White. That’s highlight high relative volume bars with a highly buying activity range in Green and high relative volume bars with a highly selling activity range in Red And white background is low relative volume for that timeframe bar.
I am kind of person who don’t keep show indicator value enable all time.So it’s come in mind why not plot this values without enabling it.So I decided to show this values of buying, selling and total volumes on top near middle pane.Interesting thing is that I made a label with the help of pine script Table feature. Thanks a lot to Pine Team to add this new great feature! It’s great alternative for labels feature.Because of this feature I am able to locate buying, selling and total volume at right place where in most of scenario it will adjust.
Please note that all values are estimate. It’s not accurate.I show volumes in K,M form.Plus with volume I also try to show Buying And Selling volume in percentage form to get rough idea about what’s going on in instrument.Idea is to get better view of volume by splitting it into Buying , Selling and Total volume. This allows you to see are the bulls or bears in-control in relation to the overall Volume.
By default this indicator overlay is false but you can move this indicator pane to existing upper or lower pane.It will help to save space as well.If combine with two indicator at same pane then it will create two value scale at right side.So you will not loose any indicators values.By default I used 50% of vertical space in indicator scale factor.
I tried to make this indicator as accurate as inbuilt volume indicator with added extra feature. The main aim of indicator to get Idea of volume role in that symbol with that specific timeframe.Result might not be accurate but I expect somewhat nearby to accurate.
Kept source code open purposely for learners of pine script. Please avoid misuse or selling of this indicator.Remember Sharing Is Caring. If someone has suggestions or any addition then please comment below.Wishing you all abundance of health, wealth, and prosperity.
After all its all about VOLUME PLAY.
