We did take out previous week high
THEN reversed back into the range (taking the weekly red)
As soon as we were below 50% of the previous weekly candle, Sara's #SSS50PercentRule triggered and we got an outside week i.e. previous week got taken out
Now, how will

QQQ DIA will play out? we don't know, but what we know to be true is that at this point we have TimeFrameContinuity DOWN, so -for now- buckle up....
