Playing Trading Simulator:
Big time rookie mistake.
Bought 350 shares at $41.71 on 3JAN18. Price was falling.
Same day bought 500 shares at $39.93 in order to dilute my buying price.
I began studying the chart and saw my mistake.
On 5JAN18 I sold my shares using a trailing stop of 10 cents.
It executed at $40.41.
I had chosen the worst entry point possible.
Price was above the upper trend line.
Stochastic Oscillator had crossed indicating downward momentum.
HCM has an overall positive direction.
I'll be watching for a better entry point.
Maybe when the price is near the lower trend line.
