Hi everyone!, this Script is the first in my series of candlesticks indicators. Currently it supports only a few, but it´s quite strict about them, contrary to most scripts I do thorough calculations to avoid false signals, if you would like to soften the indicators so it generates more signals feel free to ask.
It uses the same interface for showing as the...
This is an updated version of my previous script, I have added a few extra Patterns and some patterns specs have chnaged over those specified by "Price Action Battle Station by theforexguy".
Because this script has diverted from the original specification of "theforexguy", I have decided to release it as a new version. Improvements have been made to some of the...
This requested release includes an Alert condition, so an alarm can be created on selected Price Action bars. Also this version modifies the Doji calculation to be similar to an Harami, so now the description of the Doji's are:
- Bearish Doji (aka Bearish Harami) (Fuchsia Highlight above Bar):
A large body Bull (green) candle followed by a small or no body...
The indicator is in the top left of the screen! That's all there is, by design.
This is a super simple indicator that allows you to see what the real price of a candle was when using Heikin Ashi charts, while not cluttering up your screen.
HA charts are a great way to help those who can be spooked by the chaos of the markets (I'm one!), but they have a big...
HI BIG PLAYERS,
this script I wrote for an enquiry of a tradingview-user. It should represent the Filtered Waves idea from Arthur Merril and used by Linda Raschke.
It's similar like a visualization of Elliott Waves.
On YouTube title "MTA UK Chapter Presentation with Linda Raschke" between 34-36 minutes Linda Raschke shows the rules for her Filterd Waves.
Swing High and Swing Low as discussed in Bounce Theory
A Swing Low is the low of the candle that has a higher low on either side. A Swing High is the high of the candle that has a lower high on either side.
In the case of Swing High, the high of the neighbour candles are lower than the high of the main candle itself.
In the case of Swing Low, the low of the...
You can use this script to setup alerts on Heikin-Ashi bar color change.
You have to apply this script to usual candles and not Heikin-Ashi!!!
Background color indicates HA bar color. On change you'll see green/red arrows and alert will be fired.
Also you can find in the code calculations of all HA OHLC values.
I have collected the four PivotBoss indicators into one big indicator. Eventually I will delete the individual ones, since you can just turn off the ones you don't need in the style controller. Cheers.
When the market has been trending lower then suddenly forms a reversal wick candlestick , the likelihood of
a reversal increases since buyers have...
This script is an alternative version of ChrisMoody's Price Action indicator, which is quite useful.
However, I found it a little intrusive with all the colors. I wanted something more subtle, so I made this.
The only difference is that this one uses shapes to highlight the candlestick patterns, and I dropped the Inside Bar indicator for simplicity.
This indicator will simply plot on your chart the Daily/Weekly/Monthly previous candle levels.
The "Auto" mode will allow automatic adjustment of timeframe displayed according to your chart.
Otherwise you can select manually.
Indicator plots the open/close and colors the high-low range area in the background.
Hope this simple indicator will help you !
The Intraday Momentum Index (IMI), developed by Tushar Chande, is a cross-breed between RSI and candlestick analysis. IMI determines the candle type that dominated the recent price action, using that to pinpoint the extremes in intraday momentum.
As the market tries to bottom after a sell off, there are gradually more candles with green bodies, even though...
Credit to HPotter for that script
I took his script and added alerts to it. 2 lines lol
But anyway, useful to detect reversals by coloring bullish/bearish engulfing candles :)
This startegy based on 3-day pattern reversal described in "Are Three-Bar
Patterns Reliable For Stocks" article by Thomas Bulkowski, presented in
January,2000 issue of Stocks&Commodities magazine.
That pattern conforms to the following rules:
- It uses daily prices, not intraday or weekly prices;
- The middle day of the three-day...
