Eth spot volumes seem low at new ATH does this mean price is being driven up by institutional investing?

@Gravi7y, I would say this current move (last 10 days), in general, is driven by much lower volumes. BTC volume, in particular, has dropped significantly, but the ratio of ETH's volumes compared to BTC has gone up a lot. I'm expecting ETH to keep moving up for now, because of the lack of sellers rather than heavy demand.
