@christianschneevoigt, you can buy xrp on binance, huobi, bitfinex exchanges. Us customers have been locked out of trading it by most exchanges.
You can buy real cryptocurrency on coinbase,kraken, bittrex exchanges.
Traditional stock brokers dont sell you real cryptocurrency.they just sell you a paper version of it. Kind of like gold and silver. Robinhood for example doesnt let you transfer bitcoin out to a private cryptocurrency wallet because they dont sell you real bitcoin.its just a paper version of it.

@christianschneevoigt, companies like changelly allow you to swap out one coin for another.with all the scrutiny xrp is getting in the us, im not sure who is allowing direct exchange from xrp to btc.
xrp is in a legal gray area in the us right now. its a shame because the rest of the world seems to be leaving the u.s. out of the cryptocurrency revolution thats happening because of all the unnecessary regulation.its a shame because retail investors are missing out as well
