Alternate scenario: We go to 3100 (RSI sloping up at this point in time & OBV tweezing together. But really... is this because of a phone company exec or because two highly developed nations can't seem to solve their unenforceable and inexplicable complexities together?
its going to dump extremely quick. 2400-2500 is spot on

Alright, people want analysis:
1. The fib was drawn from the target with the time-based 1s from the top & bottom (bottom was the sign of weakness in this upward thrust).
2. Wyckoff analysis was used here.
3. I used the fib circles and drew from the target to the low (ellipses resulted).
4. Also used fib spirals drawn from the low to the high - and flipped them. Looks bang on.
This looks BANG ON. If you know the algos the computer uses, you can solve them with the minimal amount of data on-hand (I haven't crunched any numbers).
