Won patent suit in 2017 to protect GaN chips, which run 80-100x faster than silicone chips and they can make them for same cost. STM needed to partner with them to prevent more patent litigation, so STM is now their distributor and making MTSI chips as well.
Fast chips will allow 5G cybersecurity improvements for all 3 arena's as newer chip technology.
