A Nice token suggestion to buy & hold: #MANA at 1600 satoshi. Its a fundamentally fueled tip. The second land auction will begin during the second week of december.
I tried to extrapolate 1st auction, but i believe we can easely get 10x fold on that targets!

@Etherpro, I personally already averaging buying, I'm a LAND investor myself (not many, i have 3 land only)
I missed the 1st auction where some lands were sold for 1k mana so i bought from second hand around 5k mana each... [notice the guy who sold me got 400% profit already] I bought 4 mana at 5k and sold one for 25k some weeks later, being freerolling on the other 3.
I do believe MANA itself gonna be a decent investment, but more than that, i think we need to seek to buy mana cheap and use it on auction to bid some LAND. That's where i believe the real profits are. I saw 10k mana parcels being sold for 50-60k and it was a pretty much liquid market. Initially, i was very suspicious of the project, but it gets nice mainstream media coverage (like bbc article).
My main plan is to speculate on the virtual real estate, to flip it or just rent in the near future and get a passive income.
@Etherpro, i think with in 2 days it will go to 1260 and then start a run. before auction price will be max reach to 1900, after the auction correction is expected till the coin burn. Price at the time of coin burn can only be predicted if we know the number of coins to be burn. last year they have more than 30000 parcel and now they have only around 9000. so the price will not react same as last year. Keep in mind that last year price increase is also due to market condition. In DEC 2017 almost all the coins pump 3x to 10x so price for MANA can not be predicted by comparing it will last auction.
