CHFAUD: zoom level

Zaktualizowano
(important)
a trade consist of : (sl, entry, signel, and exit points)
- the trade with its contents must be a function of the trade-chart zoom level.(!important)
- a trade exist within a pattern... a trade is a function of its pattern.
- a pattern is a function of (is dependent on) a zoom level
(exist within a zoom level)
- let me clarify this: if u spot a chart-pattern (say on the daily chart) that will perfectly run to its completion, the trade with all its constituents must be implemented on that zoom level, else your odds of failure are higher then that of success.
- it is a mistake that you during the trade implementation phase opt for a shorter time frame to place and measure your stop loss and other things.
Uwaga
- say you spot a bullish pattern on the weekly or daily scale; you figured that out correctly and it will run to its full completion as you see it; you then felt very confident about it.
- however, you went to (say the 15-min scale) to place your trade; as you are there you sketched out any trade setup(pattern) so you can go in.
- your trade is a failure and you are stopped out, although your daily pattern run as you expected.
- your spotted daily-pattern and confidence worked against you.
- your daily-based pattern "almost" has nothing to do with the 15 or 30min pattern.
- whose fault is it ?!
its your fault by not knowing that a trade setup is a function of where you find it.
Uwaga
in an uptrend previous highs becomes support, if the trend reversed down then up then those previous uptrend highs that used to be support turns now to be resistant.
let me clear something in an uptrend highs are important .. and in a downtrend lows are important
those highs and lows will exchange roles when the trend reverses.
Uwaga
-
- if an uptrend pullback touches its previose low then the market is neotral, and if it breaks its trend line then its odds favoure an uptrend weaker then the previouse, and if its pullback low stayed away from the trend line then the odds the uptrend will be steeper.
- if a downtrend pullback breaks its trend line then its odds favor a downtrend weaker then the previous, and if it touches its previous high then the market is neutral, and if the pullback stayed away from the trend line then the odds the down trend will be steeper.
