Every time it descended into this Ichi cloud, it has passed below it, look back.
Willie didn't give a buy signal at the recent "bottom".
The MACD did cross, but that doesn't mean it won't just keep it sideways, like the bars show.
It's just one possible outcome, don't be mad!
